Old World Restorations
Old World Restorations, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Douglas Eisele, who continues to lead a team that expertly restores and preserves art of all types. The company has grown from a small studio in Terrace Park, Ohio, into nearly twenty thousand square feet of secure studio, office and storage space in one of Cincinnati’s oldest brick buildings. The Historic Ferris House was built by Joseph Ferris in 1807 and is located just eight miles east of downtown Cincinnati in Fairfax, Ohio.
What we do…
Our staff, with over 150 years of combined art restoration and conservation experience, has earned the trust of art collectors, museums, galleries, dealers, individuals, institutions and insurance companies nationwide to restore and preserve art treasures, using only sensitive techniques and reversible materials that do not alter or further harm the artists original work. We believe that this sensitivity and attention to detail is the hallmark of quality art restoration and conservation.
Whether you have a painting or a cherished family keepsake, Old World Restorations can help to restore and preserve it for future generations.
